By using bizSAFE, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) may better satisfy the contractual criteria set out by their bizSAFE partners, including big shipyards, large construction firms and developers, and municipal governments, and other government organizations. These partners require that their small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) contractors achieve bizSAFE Level 3 certification before being considered for contracts.

bizSAFE Level 1 is the highest level of protection available
The bizSAFE Level 1 CEO/Top Management Course should be attended by the registered Director in your ACRA. The course is half-day in length. It may be necessary for the company or organization to send a representative to the bizSAFE Level 1 course in place of the registered Director under exceptional circumstances. On the other hand, the representative must come from one of the highest three layers of your organization’s organizational hierarchy.
bizSAFE Level 2 certification
Your organization should also send your functional heads to the bizSAFE Level 2 course on Developing a Risk Management Implementation Plan, which will take place over the period of two days. When attending bizSAFE Level 1 and bizSAFE Level 2, it is not recommended that the same personnel attend both sessions unless there are exceptional circumstances.
bizSAFE Level 3 certification
Risk Management (DIY) should be implemented at your company, or you should hire a consultant to assist you with the implementation. A SAC-accredited auditing organization must then inspect the workplace to ensure its Risk Management (RM) implementation complies with the law (SAC-AO).
